4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and all associated funds may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a ground for immediate account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Aladdin666 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify Aladdin666 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Aladdin666 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.4 KYC Verification

Aladdin666 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification is typically required prior to the first withdrawal. Processing may take up to 72 hours upon receipt of complete documentation.

5.1 Permitted Use

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Aladdin666 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency payments via BTC and USDT.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Aladdin666 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the Player selects a cryptocurrency option. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the Player.

6.4 Deposit Restrictions

Aladdin666 will not accept deposits sourced from third parties, corporate accounts, or payment instruments not registered in the Player's own name. Any deposit identified as originating from an ineligible source may be returned and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

7.1 Processing Times

Aladdin666 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within the shortest possible timeframe. The majority of withdrawals via DuitNow, FPX, and supported e-wallets are completed within three (3) minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending, where a security review is required, or where the relevant payment provider experiences technical delays.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will, as a general rule, be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, Aladdin666 will process the withdrawal via an alternative channel following satisfactory verification of ownership. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in the Player's name will not be processed.

7.4 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time of the applicable promotion. Until such requirements are fulfilled, Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal. 9.2 Void Bets

Aladdin666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical error, mispricing, or the publication of incorrect information. Bets placed on suspended markets, markets closed in error, or events that did not take place as scheduled may also be voided. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's account.

9.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are updated in real time. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that any wager placed reflects their intended selection at the time of submission. 9.4 Mix Parlay
